More good news from Filmfest München: Christoph Otto has won the Förderpreis Neues Deutsches Kino 2026 in the category "Best Producing" for "Die Ballade von Mittwoch auf Donnerstag". The jury praised the film for its courage to turn the unremarkable into its center, capturing the mood of a whole country through a single corner pub.
